The National Intelligent Sensors Joint Lab (referred to as the Joint Lab) is an important component of the National Intelligent Sensor Innovation Center. It will develop a multi-sensor data fusion system based on the key common technologies of sensors developed by the Innovation Center and the advanced device solutions of leading enterprises. Provide an experimental environment for technological innovation and standardization. Guided by industry and market demand, the joint lab provides intelligent sensor verification and pilot platforms for seven application areas to shorten development cycles and accelerate the scale of innovation.

The joint laboratory plan covers an area of 2,000 square meters, and the first phase has been launched, with more than 50 cooperative units. In the field of sensor devices, the joint laboratory focuses on six major areas of motion sensors, optical sensors, acoustic sensors, environmental sensors, biosensors and RF sensors, as well as IoT communication modules, and has built a large database of sensors. Currently, more than 10,000 sensors have been included. In the field of sensor applications, it provides verification and demonstration platforms for smart cars, industrial Internet of Things, smart buildings and homes, smart agriculture, biomedical, environmental monitoring and seven major smart sensor applications.
